Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I recently downloaded and installed iTunes 11, and since doing that my iPhone 4 won't appear in iTunes. It shows in My Computer, but not in iTunes. I've updated the drivers and restarted AMDS etc but no luck. Anyone have the same problem or any suggestions? Cheers.

It appeared my driver had magically dissapeared and I had to manually update it, easy peasy. Thanks for all the help and links provided.
I have an Iphone 5, and have done almost everything in this conversation and also in others. I have tried re-installing itunes, updating the driver and all. Whenver I try to update the driver it always says "we have found the driver but access is denied (error 28)". In the device manager an "iPhone" appears with a yellow exclamation point at the side. And whenever I connect it to the computer it makes an error sound. Both my itunes and my iphone are updated with the lates software.
Please help!!!
I'm having the exact same issue, and have been getting pretty much the same results you've had. I have 7 new albums I want to sync to my device, and I'm actually really mad. I hope something turns up, or that Apple will actually bother to do something.
Try a new lightning cable. They go bad just like anything else. Even if it is charging it might not be transferring data.
