What are your thoughts on the New iTunes 11?

I for one am not very impressed! You lose cover flow, and the ability to resize your album art. Unlike previous versions where everything is not in just one area now your searching over the whole itunes for what you need to do. Its cluttered and instead of just editing one album your stuck at looking at all the other distractions instead of what your trying to edit. What are all of your thoughts on this new itunes?

Command + l (small L) works for me about 80% of the time now. In the beginning it did not work at all. I have a fairly large library, so perhaps there was an indexing issue...?

The more I use 11, the less I hate it. I miss cover flow but I can live without it. I still think they've made a mess of album art. I'm kind of OCD about it and I try to make it perfect when I'm importing CDs. It's still doable, but there's no way to see cover art in list view, which is stupid. I've gone to using artists view, which uses a lot of real estate when you have a lot of singles. No more than cover flow, I suppose, but not as attractive. Plus I still can't keep the iCloud column off the list view. It reappears a few seconds after I've unclicked it in view options.

But once I unchecked the "search entire library" I think 11 is a little faster than the last few versions, which I'm very happy with. I also likene iTunes to MS Word in that it has become the bloated junk drawer in the kitchen. It's nice to see it go a little faster.

I think there iAds bugs in the iTunes 11. As It deleted all my music after I updated to iTunes 11. After I replace it, my iphone 5 will not sync. Am not iTunes dumbs and all the setting was pretty similar to any other older iTunes. But it will just not sync! Spent 30 minute placing music how I like. 30 minute resetting up the setting. 2 hour of trying to get it to sync. To you your probably thinking" this guy an idiot" but trust me... It did not work. Sync it air and USB. Switch back to iTunes 10.7. It great!!!!! I would not update until they fix iTunes 11 bugs. Just my 2 cent on how I think about it. Please don't kill me :)

I am very unplease with apple. My iphone 5 arrive with scratches on it... Maps don't function right at all Where I live.. Just those two are my problem with iPhone 5. Now iTunes 11 not working properly.... This *****... iTunes 11 does not seem like it hard to use at all.. I think I like how everything is.. Just only if it had work it be great.

Have a good day/night.

What we sorely need right now is an iTunes 11 uninstaller that will efficiently and properly take us back to iTunes 10.7. If you try it on your own, you are in for a heap-o-trouble. If Apple tries to force us to live with iTunes 11 and not apologize and revert, they are going to find more users bailing out for Windows, or just sticking with their current software for as long as they can.
