Can't Sign out of iCloud

I'm somehow still signed on to iCloud on Lion, even after i signed out http://d.pr/i/5adUhttp://d.pr/i/Lxfe , and when open mail, it keeps creating the iCloud account, as if it's saved somewhere. I even did this http://pastie.org/5489947 . What I expected when I signed out was for Mail.app to ask me for a new login. And I'm also still signed onto Messages Beta

Just did a clean install of OS X Yosemite on my MBA, logged into iCloud, Facebook etc. etc. at System Preferences -> Internet Accounts. Every thing worked fine. Then I have an old Mobile Me account that I only still use for the notes that are still in there... logged in with that as if it were a mail account, but apparently Yosemite wants it to be an iCloud account...

Don't get it, 'cause it worked fine on Mavericks and still works fine on iOS 8... Anyway I have the same problem. Logged out from every account (including iCloud), except the **** Mobile Me account keeps popping up as if it is signed in...

Must be some .plist or cache file in the system library's, just can't figure out which one. Obviously don't want to delete the wrong one and having to start over with my fresh install 😟😟😟. Anyone any idea's on the topic?

Would really appreciate it!
