Page Numbers Not Spaced Properly

In the footer of my document, where it shows Page 1 of 16, on the pages which have double digits the numbers are pushed together and not spaced properly. Any advice?

"It's for a Policy and Procedures Manual so in the footer is the name of the person who originated the policy, the name of the person who approved the policy, the date the policy was approved and the page of total pages number."


No need for a table in the Footer in Pages:

Left tab stops at 3 and 5 inches, Right tab stop at 7 3/8 inches.
