Any of those will work. I would guess that some of
them will use channels that aren't supported in the
US. See KB 58567, Using AirPort Wireless Communication
Internationally.
I take it you've found yourself somewhere that has many many bargin Airport cards taken from machines! in which case I now understand why you worried about the exact model number. I feel foolish as I never checked this myself when I bought my card (2nd user) from a large firm clearing stock over here.
I have to say that I think even if you were putting this in a laptop and travelling pragmatically it would never be a problem - you'd have to use the wrong freqs at too high a power in the wrong place at the wrong time and get caught! Even if you were visiting a foreign military establishment they'd just make you turn off all wireless devices. I wonder what cards they put in current laptops - the most limited I suppose - or is there a slip of paper in a MacBook box that says don't use such and such channels in the following countries?
My original Airport card (supplied in my Nov 02 TiBook) has access to the same 13 channels.
