BlueTooth Connection Allow Ignore Prompt for Car

Everytime I start my car (which is already paired to my iPhone 4S), the system prompts to allow or ignore the bluetooth connection. I have to press Allow to continue to connect for all audio features. My phone (calls) work fine and auto-pair. This is only for the entertainment features (Pandora, etc). I have a Honda Accord 2013 with HandsFreeLink but I am guessing the question is more general. Is there a way to turn off the prompt to connect each time and force the phone to autoconnect? Again, I am already paired for phone calls, this is just for audio features. Thanks!

Sorry for pulling an old thread but I figured something out which might or might not help people. I found that if I have the screen unlocked (password entered) I can ignore the prompt (assuming Pandora had been running in the background). If Pandora is running you swipe the prompt and it starts the app. For some reason the security lock is preventing the auto connect to Pandora. This is using IOS 8.1.

I Experience the same thing, but sometimes issues where the sound goes to my phone but controled by the car

pandora + iPhone 5s (iOS 8.3) + Mazda 3 2015 (I use T-Mobile, not sure if carrier setting could effect this)

it works most of the time of the phone is in my pocket locked

I also experience this issue with my iphone 6/6s when connecting to pioneer head unit. I find this ExtremelY annoying.

There is absolutely no reason for apple to not create a setting to turn this off for specific devices and/or apps.

Most of the time my phone is in my pocket and my pioneer head unit source is set to Pandora. If the app is turned off, then I have to take the phone out of my pocket once I'm already sitting in the car and allow the app to start. Then usually I forget the phone in the car because it should have been in my pocket like it was originally.

Apple, I do NOT want this prompt.

I could not agree more. I want the option to control whether or not an app gets automatic startup/connection like Pandora, versus requiring manual verification on other apps I want to choose each time. Apple, please allow Pandora to connect each time without me taking my phone out of my pocket, unlocking it, and then clicking allow Pandora. You are making it dangerous because that usually happens after I've begun driving so then try to accomplish unlocking and starting Pandora while driving - not smart I know.
