I am installing TurboTax 2012. I cannot save my .tax2012 file - it says I do not have permission to save it. I have repaired my disk permissions and made sure I have read/write authority in the Turbo Tax application. What can I do to fix this?

checked your filename to make sure you aren't using any illegal characters? Doesn't seem likely but I'm grabbing at straws here....
Can you save the tax file as a .pdf?
It goes to Applications (along with all of my prior year Turbo Tax Versions)
I can save the file as a .PDF. No illegal characters in my filename. Tried to start a new tax return and it has the same issue in saving it - no permission to save.
While Turbo Tax is NOT running search for this file and delete it

When you start Turbo Tax again it will recreate the file, the plist file may be corrupt.
