Unable to Receive Email from Recipients Using Roadrunner???

Still getting mail 2 days late if at all in Rochester NY from local rr customers. I don't know about non local rr senders.

A call to Apple was sent to next higher level. Said they would call me back. Never did.

Seems OK now 01/30/2013 4:15 PM EST here in Rochester, NY

Keeping my fingers crossed.

I am having the same problem, randomly. Some rr's are not being sent to the .me server.

Rather than fight this battle,

1. I shall buy no further apple products until it is resolved

2. I shall advise all my rr friends that rr service is unreliable

3. I shall retreat to a proven email server

I am stll getting delayed mail in my .me accounts. They are delayed 4 days!

Please convey to apple that you will not buy another apple product until it is fixed, and to your rr friends, sow distrust in their reliance on rr servers

It pays to find the correct place to complain. It was not Apple, it was RoadRunner. I just got this in reply to a complaint:

"We had issues transmitting email to me.com for sometime now, but the issue has been resolved." after I complained to email-support@postmaster.rr.com.

That doesn't indicate that it was Time-Warner/RoadRunner's problem. All it does is repeat what we already knew. Their support claimed that it was Apple blocking the message; a couple of us got the exact same message from them saying that it was up to Apple to fix it.
