Hi Friend,

I found the solution for this problem (because I faced it too): go to Settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset Internet Settings (the third option in IOS 6).

Five minutes later my iDevice works fine again.

If the issue persists, forget the wifi connection and then sign in again.

Hope it helps

As of July 26, 2013, I've had the same problem as everyone else -- the App Store Updates screen is white/blank. This problem exists on both our iPad (3rd gen wifi only) and iPad mini (wifi only). I tried all the reasonable resets and nothing fixes the blank screen.

Thankfully, iPad has the Purchases tab, which can be used to circumvent the problem. As pointed out earlier in this thread, you can scroll down this list of purchased apps and look for any apps whose button reads UPDATE. But this certainly is not preferred to a fully functioning Update screen.

Double tap the home button to bring up the open app toolbar. Locate the App Store icon and touch it until it starts shaking. Tap on the minus icon to close the App Store . Push the home button to exit the toolbar. Now tap on the App Store to open it and it should work now. This worked for me. I actually closed all the open apps while I was in the open app toolbar.
