Hi Friend,

I found the solution for this problem (because I faced it too): go to Settings>>General>>Reset>>Reset Internet Settings (the third option in IOS 6).

Five minutes later my iDevice works fine again.

If the issue persists, forget the wifi connection and then sign in again.

Hope it helps

I had this happen to me this morning. I quit the App Store app and started it again and it worked.

Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal. Then restart the app and see if it works normally.

I'm having this problem also, with both our phones. The home button fix worked last week, but is not working now. The second fix is for IOS 6.0. We are on IOS 6.1, which doesn't have that option. Option 3 is erase network connections. Not being computer literate, not too sure whether to try this or not, as it says it will erase all network connections and return the phone to factory settings. Don't really want to have to reinstall all my wifi connections, etc. Any help on this front would really be appreciated.

After reading CheesesAnger's post, I wanted to mention that my iPad is WIFI-only. I did solve the problem by updating individual apps under the PURCHASED tab. After I updated a few apps, I powered down and up the iPad again and found the number of updates waiting to update in the App Store had lowered appropriately; when I went to Updates this time, it worked.

I tried many of the proposed solutions, and this is the only one that worked for my iPhone 5 IOS 6.1.2:

Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services (swipe to the bottom of the page to find this)>Location Based iAds>Off.

Hi Guys, going through all the threads here, i have been (I think finally)able to solve this problem on IOS 6.1.2, why this problem is occuring no idea but the way to solve it here it goes:

Before you proceed please close all the apps incl. App Store

Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

After you do this the Ipad would reset the Network Settings and Restart.

After the Ipad restarts go to Settings>General>Wifi and connect to your network.

Start your App Store and Bingo you should see all the updates displayed instead of a blank page.

PS: I have tested this on Ipad, and i presume it should work on the Iphone also.

Please do let me know if i have been of some help to you guys..
