MacBook Pro (Mid 2010) keeps crashing and restarting...

My MacBook Pro keeps randomly crashing and restarting. This happens usually when I'm using Mission Control, but there has been a few times where it'll just do it completely at random. Everything just goes black and the computer restarts. It was an increasingly annoying issues before I updated to Mountain Lion when it came out, but it seems the problem has returned. Anyone know why and how to fix it?

You can still buy a DVD of the "regular" version (10.6.3) from the Apple online store for US$20, and use Software Update to get to 10.6.8, where the Mac App Store appears and is stable. [Works for all appropriate Macs EXCEPT the Mac Pro silver tower 2010 and later versions.]

Since this version is the pivot version for enabling the Mac App Store and software downloading of all later versions, it will be difficult for Apple to STOP offering it.
