I keep trying to download the peter pan digital copy to my computer and i get the message that itunes is unavailable with error 5002. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

It is in the cloud even though the error comes up. Go to movies and downlaod it
same here still getting error 5002. what the heck is going on this really is getting annoying.
This definitely did work. The movie was in my list of purchased movies when i went into the itunes store. Thank you so much for your help everyone!

Had the same issue as everyone here. They must have fixed the problem. I was just able to download from the disc.
Be aware that the cloud version is the previous release. I got the 5002 last night but then I noticed the cloud version listed in my movies. How can you tell? Nowadays Disney uses the 3 demensional castle at the very beginning like on the blu-ray disc, not the light-blue castle that starts from the top. Today when I put the digital copy in it spun like it was copying it but it kept the cloud version on my PC. Seems like the cloud version overrides the disc version.
I also had the exact same error that itunes was unavailable....then finally it worked at 1am. Only problem is when I play the movie in my ipod the picture is distorted on the right side of the screen only. If I play the movie in my computer it plays perfectly! No distortion. Other movies in my ipod play fine. I deleted the movie from my itunes and reinstalled the digital copy to download it again and reinstalled in in my ipod and it still plays it distorted on the right side.....any ideas why this would be happening??? Can anyone tell me how to contact customer support for iTunes? I keep getting to places that want me to pay for help. THANKS!!
