Is anyone else blocked from renewing an app?
Is there any info on when the account maintenance will be done?
We need access to renew an app that is about to expire. Help!
1. Apps don't expire.

Apps don't expire. If you have a profile or certificate that is about to expire, you will just have to wait and remember to renew those a little earlier next time,
This is an ad-hoc app so the account needs to be renewed (which we did) and the app itself needs to be re-provisioned so it will continue to work. At least, this is my understanding. We've pushed it to the deadline so the app is not working at this point. And we cannot re-provision and reload the app because the re-provisioning site is down for maintenance.

The app has to be rebuilt from Xcode with the new certificate and then re-distributed.
Yes, and the new certificate is unavailable because the provisioning site is down. And there is no info about how soon it will be up again.
Plan ahead next time.
You waited too long to renew the app's credentials.
No one in this forum knows when Apple will complete the maintenance.
I'm not blocked from renewing an app, because I don't have one yet. But I am blocked from setting up my provisioning profile:
We are performing maintenance on the provisioning service. All provisioning requests will remain in pending status until maintenance is complete, at which time all pending requests will be automatically processed.
This message has been there for me since early this morning (7 am) CST.

Provisioning site is back up. Maintenance is apparently done.
Not yet really.... my status in profiles is always PENDING..... 😟
Same here. When refreshing Provisioning Profiles, Xcode spins for a while then states "Generation of the provisioning profile 'XYZ' is still pending. Please wait a moment and then click the Refresh button in the Provisioning Profiles pane in the Organizer." ...even though the iOS Provisioning Portal is running normally.
My only guess is they've got a backlog of requests to plow through. Whatever the reason, I've got an app to release.
