Hello guys,i dont know if this is normal or what,but my iphone came with Android,and from as far as i know,Iphone uses iOS.My PC cant detect the phone somewhy,nor iTunes can.
Any idea of what can i do and/or how to install iOS instead of the current Android?

If it is an actual iphone then it is hacked. Apple, nor this forum supports hacked iphones.
To get a REAL iPhone to display that garbage is to hack it. Period. Nothing else can do that.
OR - it is as others guess, a fake iPhone. If it came from anywhere in the Asia/Pacific rim, then there's a good chance it's a fake.
Recovery mode + iTunes. If that doesn't work - then it's probably a fake.
Yeah,im actually trying to find out if my iphone is fake with the links that roaminggnome gave me.
The bottom part of my phone (where there are screws) is fake,based on the images. But im still looking for more
From as far as i saw,the screws are from a fake Iphone. Looks like i've been fooled...
I wonder how can i get my money back or whatever... T_T

If this is supposed to be a 4S, the metal band goes alll the way around it. In your photos, as blurry as they are, there does not appear to be a metal band across the top edge or bottom edge.
Some of the icons are not the same as on my US model 4S. For instance, the Maps icon is missing the blue lines it is supposed to have. The "5" on the calendar date is not the correct font.
There are fake iPhones out there. The one in the link below is an example, though it doesn't try to emulate the iPhone software, just the hardware. But you can get Android software that will do the second part.
