My iphone 4s came with Android instead of iOS?

Hello guys,i dont know if this is normal or what,but my iphone came with Android,and from as far as i know,Iphone uses iOS.My PC cant detect the phone somewhy,nor iTunes can.
Any idea of what can i do and/or how to install iOS instead of the current Android?

If this is supposed to be a 4S, the metal band goes alll the way around it. In your photos, as blurry as they are, there does not appear to be a metal band across the top edge or bottom edge.


Some of the icons are not the same as on my US model 4S. For instance, the Maps icon is missing the blue lines it is supposed to have. The "5" on the calendar date is not the correct font.


There are fake iPhones out there. The one in the link below is an example, though it doesn't try to emulate the iPhone software, just the hardware. But you can get Android software that will do the second part.
