How do I cancel this? I emailed this useless **** at apple and she gave me the wrong ansewer. I already did put no renew of itunes match.

Lisa here, from iTunes Store Support. I understand that you would like to cancel your iTunes Match subscription. I am sure you are eager to have this issue resolved and I would be happy to assist you today!

Please note that if you have an iTunes Match subscription, you can't change countries until the subscription has expired. Your subscription expires 08/18/2013.

To turn off Auto-Renew for iTunes Match, follow these steps:

1) Open iTunes.

2) From the pull-down Store menu in the menu bar, Choose Store > Sign In.

3) Enter your iTunes Store account name and password, then click Sign In.

4) Go to the Store menu again, Choose Store > View My Account.

5) Enter your account name and password a second time, then click View Account.

You will be taken to your Apple Account Information page. On this page, simply click the "Turn Off Auto-Renew" button next to iTunes Match.

Yes the question was not answered HOW DO YOU CANCEL ITUNES MATCH???

I want to be able to sync specific songs with my iPhone, like before and the iTunes page for that says iTunes match which it is not.

So once again how do you cancel iTunes match so you can manage syncing songs with your iPhone manually. iTunes match *****

Apple seem **** bent on making what should be a relatively simple process, incredibly complicated and time-consuming. Like the original post way back when, I want to change my iTunes Store (and billing information) because I have moved countries - New Zealand to Australia. Easy eh? Well it's not! After 4 email exchanges with Apple I finally get iTunes Match cancelled (and refunded thanks Apple), but now get a message that I have to cancel Apple Music. Can I do that? No I can't. Sure I can turn off automatic subscription - that's the easy part. But I want to cancel NOW! I want to change my billing information and iTunes Store NOW! Not at the end of the 3-months free period.


Come on Apple! Get your s**t together and let us do something that should be very simple to do!

I wait with bated breath for the next inane response from Apple Support...Which by the way is where you need to go to get anything done. Just might take a little while battling through the inane platitudes and corporate c**p speak. But is shouldn't be necessary. I should be able to do this with ease, by myself.

Well, finally got it sorted. My query was taken on by a Senior Advisor who apparently had to talk with engineers at Cupercino! How ridiculous is that? So, I finally got to 'officially' move countries and change my credit card. But now I have lost my trial subscription to Apple Music!

I moved from Chile to USA and now I'm stuck with the Itunes match. I can't cancel it and change regions!!!


I need to buy more iCloud storage and I can't?!


I live in USA now I have an American credit card. I no longer hace a Chilean credit card. But this beautiful system of yours does not allow me to change regions to buy more GBs as my credit card is not from Chile????!!!!!!!


Can somebody please explain how something like this works so wrong???


Itunes match is the worst. I want to download my music in a hard drive and forget I ever had Itunes match in the first place.
