Serious Problem on iOS 6.1.2 with vodafone 3G (Greece)

I have been facing serious problems (the known problems) with cellular 3G vodafone greece since 6.1... And yet with 6.1.2 there are the same problems. What should I do ??

In some cases, at the time of restoring in iTunes again, and rejecting any ipcc update, if any, from your Carrier helps.

Of course these are not permanent solutions.

I have the same problem in Malaysia after updated to the latest IOS 6.1.3. I have difficulty connecting to 3G currently as compared to before. I hope there's solution for this.
