I was trying to transfer photos from my iPhone to my desktop. (Windows7)
After pictures were transfer I have deleted them from my phone before checking the folder on my desktop. When I have actually done that i realised that not all pics were transferred only 60 out of 400. How can I recover my photos now????
I have not backed up before syncing my iPhone after deleting the pics..... :((((

Have you backed up photos to iTunes or iCloud? If you have done it, you are in clover. You can use iPhone Data Recovery to help you recover deleted photos from iPhone.

How is that related to recovering deleted photos?

When you delete a photo or video from the Photo app, it also gets deleted from iCloud Photo Library. However, you have the option to recover the photo from Recently Deleted album for 30 days.
If iCloud Photo Library is not turned on when the photos are deleted, then iCloud Photo Library is not in the mix. The Photos app and iCloud Photo Library are two entirely separate functions. If you are not using iCloud Photo Library, then when you delete a photo on a device that is using iOS 8 or higher, the photo will go into the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app on the device, and will remain there for 30 days.
If you are using iCloud Photo Library, then when you delete a photo, it will be in the Recently Deleted album on both the device and in the iCloud Photo Library on iCloud.com.
But simply turning it on after you have deleted a photo on a device that is not using iCloud Photo Library serves no purpose.
