I know that some apps use unity but I'm woundering will safari ever be able to use it or is that a taboo thing like flash???

Unity is a third party tool for developing iOS apps. It has nothing to do with Safari.
Your question doesn't make sense.
I get that it's used to make apps! How ever my ? Is still a valid one. If you have ever played a web browser game such as battlestar Galactica online then you would know that the unity program is also used as a web basted graphics booster in a scenes.
Check with the makers of Unity to see if it can be used in Safari.
It's does work with safari on PC how ever on a Mac I'm not sure. But I'd like to think that it would be no different.
