Clearing offline Reading List cache?

Under settings-general-usage-Safari there is something that says, "Clearing the offline Reading List cache will not remove any items from your reading list." And in the upper right hand corner I am able to delete the "Offline Reading List." I've looked around the internet but cannot find anything on it, does anyone know what this means? I am quite confused! Thank you!

exactly what I said. 400MB for no data at all is too much, and for having free for all caches is too little.

On my iDevices it works perfectly to clean them by hand. After that quit safari, then restart, then see whether it worked or not.

Just clean the "other memory" as I said, may help you in general.
