How do I uninstall Outlook & PowerPoint (Office 2011) from my MacBook Pro?

I'm trying to make some space on my 250 mg hard drive. Is there an easy way to uninstall Outlook & Powerpoint? I still use Word & Excel. Thanks.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5), Core 2 Duo/2.5 GHz/4 GB RAM/250 GB

there is a program named "AppCleaner". you can google it. Drop powerpoint or anything into it then click delete. it should work.

But if i were you, i would uninstall the entire office, then only install word, excel or what you prefer to use.

Perhaps I was not clear... Or perhaps you did not undertand me. And at any rate, your comment is openly contradictory.

I will try again to be perfectly clear.

You can choose what applications to install from the installer. The 'Customize' option is located at the bottom of the installer pane. I never said the 'Customize' option was hidden, but in a 'horrible blind spot' of the installer pane. This link shows the view one has after clicking 'Customize.' The items quoted in the blurb you give are, in fact, applications. Microsoft messenger, for instance, is an application; the file extension designation is .app, which indicates it is an application. Is this correct?

I followed the instructions to cleanly uninstall Microsoft Office 2011. I then re-installed it and customized which applications to include. I now report with 100% success *not* installing Lync, Remote Desktop, Document Connection, etc., and installing only the applications I want, viz. PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

You state that you cannot use the installer to selectively install applications that are part of the Microsoft Office 2011 suite. Is this a correct understanding of your position? For example, you believe that users cannot choose to skip the installation of Microsoft Word 2011 from within the Microsoft Office 2011 installation pane. Is this correct?

Are you aware that you can selectively install Microsoft Office 2011 applications from the installer pane? For instance, you can *not* install Microsoft Word 2011 if you do not want. Are you aware that you can choose *not* to install applications from within the Microsoft Office 2011 installer pane? Did you follow the link I included (twice), which shows unequivocally that you can, in fact, choose which applications to install from within the Microsoft Office 2011 installer pane? Are you aware that these facts are relevant to the discussion of the original poster?

I will now tell you what additional information I am aware of, but that you may not know. I am aware that you are a careless reader. I am aware that you are a lazy thinker. I am aware that you are condescending. And I am aware that these unhappy traits likely follow you in your life and non-digital relations.
