Messaging is not working. I am using an ipad2, have tried reset by buttons ...and by the 'general settings' reset. Also tried resetting my router. I can browse the Internet ans send/receive emails , just can't uses Messages.

Same issue here on iPad 3. This is an Apple issue as usual. iPhone has same issue too.
