I have the same problem + other problems, that made my iPhone 4 completely useless.

After updating to iOS 6.1.3 the following happend

- Wifi is greyed out

- Battery won't charge to more than 32%

- When iPhone is unplugged from the charger, it shuts down

- The Phone cannot connect to iTunes

Did anyone else experience anything like this?

My experience with the ios 6.1.3 problems are a little different. I am not having wi-fi connectivity issues, but my battery appears to be draining at an alarming rate. On a full charge, with all apps closed, I can go to sleep, and when I wake up, my battery will be down to 1%. I called Apple, and they did a diagnostic via text, and said that my battery was showing fully charged. The phone had been on a charger for approximately 1 1/2 hours as I was afraid it would completely die if I removed it. I left it on the charger for another hour or so, and then removed it. Later that evening, my wife was playing with the location services settings, when the battery indicator instantly jumped to 100%. What I'm wondering is if the issue I'm having (and perhaps other iPhone users), is not the battery life, but is in fact, the battery indicator. Is anyone else experiencing this version of the 6.1.3 issues?

I am having the same issue with the greyed out WiFi on my iPhone 4S. I have recently updated to 6.1.3.

Have followed all the possible solutions given by Apple support and still nothing.

After putting in the fridge, it allowed me to turn back on, but it couldn't find any networks, just to turn back to be dimmed after 15 minutes.

That's clearly an issue with 6.1.3, I'm afraid that this will cause hardware damage and it won't be solved by any new software updates.

Will Apple report on it???

Apple have introduced a serious issue in 6.1.3 and all my iOS devices are affected except for one on which I have not accepted the update. Absolutely nothing else has changed in my home. And searching the issue shows many many many people are suddenly hitting this issue with 6.1.3.

Come on apple admit the issue and fix it or let us go back to 6.1.2 which works just fine.

For the helpful people here talking about rebooting and upgrading routers, I'm sorry to say that whilst your suggestions are valid generally for isolated issues, it is utterly UNTRUE for anyone to claim that 6.1.3 is not the culprit.

I too am having the same problem as many others.

My iPad 2 stopped connecting to any Wifi network immediately after updating to 6.1.3

My iphone 4s on 6.1.2 works fine, have not updated it yet due to this. All other Apple and non apple devices are connecting to the wifi router with no issues.
I can have the ipad directly next to the router and it still will not see it. I have tried

So far I have tried the following solutions i have found:

Set freq to 20MHZ only.

Set channel to 6 , no change, set to auto no change, set to 11 no change

Restored ipad through itunes both normal restore as well as DFU mode restore

Reset router to factory settings and chose new ssid and passphrase - also tried with no password.

Have tried just about every other thing I can think of.
Starting to get fed up.
