Video chat did not respond
I have a curious situation happening.
I am trying to set up a video conferencing link with a supplier through work.
When he attempts to start a one way video chat the following happens.
• I get a message invitation
• I respond by accepting
• spinning beach ball of death for about a minute
• responds with a message saying Failed to start Video Chat because:
(buddy's name) did not respond.
The buddy has never been given an option to accept or decline.
We have also had limited success with file transfers too. generally getting a message ... Could not receive file (insert file name) from (buddy name and email address) an error occured.
Can anyone provide a little guidance please.
