Camera connection kit not working with ipad2

I have had no problems using my camera connection kit, and have downloaded plenty of pics and films, but it now seems that since I have updated to recent IOS it now no longer works and just comes up with the 'this accessory is not supported by ipad' message.

Anyone got any ideas? I have tried several SD cards and several cameras, so it is a problem with the ipad itself by the looks of it. I have tried a soft reset, turned on/off etc.

I found the answer in a below reply and it worked right away!!

SD/USB Switch was in wrong place.

I had no idea there was a tiny black switch on the side. I flipped it the other way and the photos popped right in. Hope this helps others!

I just got one of those generic five in one card reader/USB connectors off Ebay and it was doing the same thing. Giving me a message that it wasn't supported ... then it read my card. Definitely a software issue. It read off both USB and an SD card with some photos on it AFTER giving the "not supported" message. Perhaps a programmer there would like to fix the message/reader issue before he or she scares off too many Apple customers!

I'm sure it is. I finally got the thing to work AFTER it gave the not supported message. Weird. Coding error or something ....
