A friend of mine helped to connect to facetimer on my ipad, they also got an ipad. but now everytime we see if it works, he tries to call me via my email address but we cannot get through. when he tries to call me on his ipad it shows that it is ringing but i dont see it on my ipad and the same on my side, when i call him it shows on my ipad but he doesnt see it.
iPad
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal Task Bar at bottom
2. Hold the Facetime app down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Re-launch the app and test
Note: If necessary close all apps in the Task Bar
