hi,
i want to use internet explorer on my mac, is there any way to install.
i need it as there are some websites which can open only in internet explorer, its a loss for me that i cant open websites on this safari 😟
kindly help me if any one knows or using IE.

There is no Internet Exploder for Mountain Lion. You either need to run Windows virtually (e.g., with Bootcamp), or you need to get a PC (Windows 8 - lots of pretty tiles! Break Dancing!).
You might try different browsers (e.g., Firefox) to see if they work on the websites in question. You can also turn on the Develop menu in Safari (Safari Preferences, Advanced) and from there change the User Agent to Internet Exploder. Occasionally that is enough to get these bizarre websites to allow you to view them.

Thanks Kurt. After reading some of the posts above I came to that conclusion. In other words, the Safari browser isn't the culprit. Thanks again.
I shouldn't have passed judgement quite so quickly. At least not without first trying the site. Please post a link to your book so I and others can give it a try.
Just as a reference, my little site averages about 100,000 hits a month. So if their numbers are correct, that's a bit under a quarter million hits a month for your book. Nothing a robust hosting service shouldn't be able to handle. Compare that to Apple's iTunes servers alone averaging 500,000 new accounts per day back in 2013.

I just went to my Paypal account and learned I couldn't stop payment: too late. Maybe I'll go to the library and use their computer to check out my book cover at the site. In any event, I learn a lot from this forum. Most of you are pretty advanced, but enough information manages to sink in for me.
