Anyone else having "No service" problem after update to 6.1.3? iPhone 4S

I went from iOS 6.0 to iOS 6.1.3 last week and now I have "No service". Happend right after update. I have done everything I can to try to fix it except restore to earlier iOS, which is not possible with iPhone 4S. My SIM works fine in my older iPhone 4 with iOS 6.0.

I have tried to reset all settings, network settings, restore from DFU mode, recover/restore mode. As a fresh phone. NOTHING makes a difference.

Anyone else having this problem? I now have a feeling that I have to pay for it to be fixed (probably just giving me a new phone). All just because I wanted to update my iPhone. This is Apple's fault, not mine. Thank you.

The same is happening with me. My Iphone4 (unlocked and not black listed at all), after upgrading to 6.1.3 I[m having this "No Service" issue. It was working fine before this update. I´m sure that this is a major bug and Apple is hiding the problem.

Beta 7 actually makes it alot worse...am frustated right now. Apple this is not right

I've installed iOS 7 beta 6 and deu to overheating and quick battery discharging i went back to iOS 6.1.3. Two das after that my iPhone 4S lost all carrier signal. Sometimes only the carrier name appears or no Service Message. My iPhone is not blacklisted but unfortunately i'm not covered by Apple warranty anymore.

Given your Developer status since you have access to iOS 7, may I suggest you take it up in the restricted-access Developer Forums? These are exactly the kinds of issues they are discussing at the time.

Not a Developer? No access to those forums?? Well, then you gets what ye pays for. Especially when using beta software not meant for the general public and that has lots of bugs being worked out. And no, you won't find relief here. That software is covered by an NDA.

ios 6.1.3 is teethered it means when the phone is off or you reboot it, no service will appear will just wait for the 6.1.4 jailbreak

I am having the same problem "no service". If I switch it off and on again in airplane mode sometimes it connects to a carrier but no edge is working, enabling 3G completely disconnect the phone and I need to switch it off and on again. My SIM was changed and working fine in another phone.

Have you found solution for this problem?

your device is faulty and if you have no warranty you have no chance to fix it. just a workaround to disbale pin for your sim card which will still drop your signal and connectivity but will automatically restore at least
