Downloading photos from my Sony Cyber-shot
When I try to download photos from my Sony Cyber-shot to my iPad I get two messages: Not Supported & Too Much Power Required. Any suggestions on what I can do differently? Thanks.

I have the Camera Connection Kit for the older iPad, not the Lightning version (the one I have has the wide 30-pin connector). Just hoping maybe the newer technology would work.
For the old CCK, it may work with a powered hubs if the camera draws too much power.
My camera is the dsc-hx200v. Do you mean to plug the camera in while using the CCK? I don't understand "powered hub"...
Let's forget about the powered hubs for the time being.
Did you connect the camera to the CCK (30 pin) using the USB cable that comes with the camera?
Yes, I used the camera's USB cable.
Try doing this to avoid the power surge:
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect camera to iPad via CCK
3. Turn on camera
4. Turn on iPad
You are most welcome 🙂
