Just now I checked bak the site since I have not received any mail from apple yet.

Finish up your enrollment by completing the purchase of your Developer Program. Additional information will be provided to you once your purchase is complete.

But I have already paied for this and I checked my account balance too. Why does it still saying that I have not purchased apple developer program.

I too have the same problem. It's been more than 48 hours since I registered.

After contacting Support, got a mail stating the issue has been resolved. However I never got an activation mail and my account has still not been activated.

Contacted Support once again but have seen no progress.

Never knew Apple support was this bad!!!

Can anyone help here?

I paid £60 to work with Mavericks after having to wait nearly three WEEKS 'case Developer was broken.

Now a confirmation of order telling me that I'd get another email within 24 hrs............ NONE to date!!

All day on the phone, have three case numbers and am awaiting a ring back from FastLane (or whatever).

I've been a developer for over 15 years & it's NEVER BEEN LIKE THIS!!

I've just been told that they're re-sending the activation email and to wait ANOTHER 24hrs!!!

The Rolls Royce of computing has become the Windows Help Desk!!!!!!!!!!:(((

I think that Apple are watching my computer usage as they sent the activation email just minutes after I shut down my mail client for the night:)

BUT IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ravindra

It seems that these delays are endemic and Apple don't care that they are incoveinienceing their customers/developers which is sad and stupid!

I've not had any experience of the Andriod App Developer system but it can't be worse than this rubbish!

iOS is losing ground to Android due to its cheapness and the HUGE volume of apps.

Apple's current arrogance and ignorance is in strong contrast to how we developers were treated in the past.

IF Apple have such ludicrous systems that there are nearly a weeks delay then they should only take our money AFTER they've performed their buggering about. It also seems that whilst they'll harvest our cash 24x7 the Dev Support is only nine to five on working days!

I raised several incident numbers regarding this and have had no respose on any!!!

I recently had an incident with Seagate regarding a HDD and the experience was ENTIRELY satisfactory such a sad contrast to this rubbish.

As a veteran Mac addict this makes me so very sad and reminds me of when the man from Coke took over Apple and nearly drove it into the ground!

I am also stuck in the same situation. Place my order 7 days ago - already emailed three times and still nothing.

Their screen with "Purchase Activation" is not clear and gives the impression that I still not done with the purchase so I ended up entering the CC info twice.

Just amazing how bad their support is or they are having tons of issues back there.

Should I try to purchase again??

All I can say is that I just kept raising issues on-line (I've got three numbers) AND rang the rip off 0844..! I also emailed contacts within Apple. I don't know which worked but their customer "care" is rubbish! What they seem to be doing is creating a SALES outlet and not just a developer account and it's the alignment of these databases are what causes the problem. I'm know as Joe but my given name is John and all my financial accounts use this name plus iTunes use an obstinate address database which HAS to have the Post Code City in it; I live in a town which is ten miles from the official Post Code City & so I never use it and don't need it but Apple (iTunes) do!!!!!!!!!!!

Yet another "shot" storm caused by accounting software and data!

The bean counters are running the world:(((
