HOW TO TRANSFER AN EPUB BOOK IN DOWNLOADS TO IPAD MINI

First, I put all my books in iBooks;

To Sync with itunes(and after iPad) I do this:

in iBooks : Menu File -> Move Books from iTunes;

in iTunes:

Select the device in a treeview;

select Books in horizontal menu and click in sync Books checkbox;

This woks for me!!

I'm not sure but I think the native iBooks app should read ePubs not purchased from the iTunes store. In this case, use iTunes to transfer the book from your computer to the iPad mini.

Only if they are not DRM protected.
