Issue with Apple Webex: Cisco webex add-on required

Hi,

I am trying to join a apple webex meeting using chrome, it is prompting me to download and install Cisco webex add-on, though i have downloaded and installed it multiple times and refreshed the browser i get the 'Download and install Cisco webex add-on' message again.

Why am i get this message when i have already installed it on my machine.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Hi,

Go to your Macintosh HD (root) and to Library. Find and copy the folder called "Internet Plug-Ins", and paste in users\"your user name" folder ... which is directly under Macintosh HD (root). close all your browsers and access your webex meeting. it will again download the webex plugin, but will get installed this time.
