I need to install Boot Camp version 4 on my mid-2008 MBP (because it doesn't support BCv5), yet I seem unable to find a download on Apple's downloads page. All I can find is either updates for other versions or the Windows drivers. I don't need either. I need Boot Camp version 4. Can somebody please provide me with a direct link to the file?

I was able to get around the bootcamp 4 problem noted above stopping and returning an error message) by downloading a 64 bit Win 7 iso i found online. I didn't have the licence key to win 7 but I could at least install it with bootcamp 5.1. After that I was able to install Win 8 then 8.1 (for which I had keys). So it all worked out for me. I don't recommend installing operating systems from random places online. I know that was dumb and dangerous but I had to get this thing running for my sister. I'm missing bootcamp now on the install of win 8.1 but that's another thread . . .

The Bootcamp Assistant you uploaded also already has the info.plist set up perfectly so i could install Win7 without the 64 bit nagging screen.
