Macbook pro freezes constantly -HELP

Please please help. It's driving me nuts. My macbook pro early 2011 started freezing, with lines on the screen and I am have to force shut down evertime.
It first started happening about a month ago, like 3 times in a row in one hour, then I followed a series of procedures that I found here in the forums and stoped, then since yesterday started happening again, and the computer doesn't last more than 10 min without freezing. without doing anything in particular, like just using chrome.

I have started up in safe-mode, I have used disk utility etc.

Note: I installed 2 new memories of 8GB each..could it be this?

Can anyone suggest anything before I have to take it to an apple store? I live in Rio de Janeiro and they take 15 days just to inspect the computer! I can't be this long without computer!!

Many thanks in advance

MacBook Pro, Memory 16GB 1333 MHz DDR3

but did that test you toldme todo show anything?

i already did repair disk while on recovery partition and says its OK! every test i do in regards to the drive it says its ok!! how can i knowfor sure its failing?!

my external disk is just where i back up stuff but its not time machine! can i just start up my computer from it?!

and then i can use my computer normally?

If you don't want to take your machine in for service, you can buy a new hard drive, boot from the recovery volume, and install Mountain Lion onto that hard drive. There is no guarantee that the hard drive is faulty and that a new drive will fix the problem. That is what a professional, in-person diagnostic will tell you.

one question, can you evaluate what can be the problem through the reports on console? (like linc does, but unfortunately there is no way he is helping me...)

There are plenty of people who can read console output. Unfortuantely there is rarely anything of value there. You can post whatever you want. But if you can't boot the machine and you don't have another drive you can boot it from, your options are quite limited.

but i can boot my mac! just doesnt last long without crashing!

just completed an extended AHT, and result was no problems found.... I then press restart and the screen freezes in b&w lines and then to a dark grey screen!!

is it worth giving a try at the console output?

i still didn't understand if i can try to boot from my external drive to see if the problem happens...can i use any external drive? can it have stuff in it? or do i have to use an empty drive?

You can boot from any external drive. You will have to erase the drive, deleting everything on it.

You mentioned safe mode but I don't think you have actually tried it. You have to start with the shift key held down. http://support.apple.com/kb/ph11212

If you have the problem with the shift key held down, you are much more likely to have serious hardware problems.
