Help, My ipad 4 screen is completely frozen. i cannot do anything. I tried turning it off but i it wont, i even help down the sleep button for over secs but it still wont let.

Have you tried a sot-reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears) after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
The screens is just black, there's nothing else showing ? Have you tried a soft-reset/reboot as per the previous page on this thread ?
How do I soft reset my iPad if the home button isn't working and draining the battery draining the battery doesn't work :(
If you’ve broken the home button and the iPad’s screen is frozen you will have to wait until the battery is empty so that plunging it in will reboot it
