macbook air mid 2012, does not recognize ssd

it just happened to me, but now is out of warranty, how to solve it????? Replace the SSD even it was hardware failure from apple, wasn't it?

i have already tried to solve by installing the updated firmware but didn't work. is it too late? i just found the problem recently!!!

Took my MBAir to the Apple Store, they said all the data is lost and I need a replacement SSD... 😟 At least it was still under warranty...

All troubles last 3 month! And "MacBook Air Flash Storage Firmware Update 1.0" desappear from site... What does it mean?

I read about problems with SSD SandDisk controllers. And the problem appears not only with Airs. App Store has replaced my SSD.
