Any free good software wireless analyzers, like Windows' Netstumbler and inSSIDer, for Mac OS X 10.8.3?

As I stated, it works.

There are unix programs buried inside OS X that are older than OS X. Never been updated, but work just fine.

Please , how have you found this window? is available also for OS X 10.9.3? If i choose "Open Wifi Diagnostics" and in the menu bar open "Utilities", the window that appear is not the same.
