Stupidly, i bypassed the develeper account thing with a youtube tutorial. My phone messed up last night, it was making me set it up again. But, i found a solution. Put it on DFU mode, then restore it to factory settings, it should say 7.0.2. Then if it doesn't work the first time (didn't for me) try it again. Then it will restore to factory settings. Then restore a backup (luckily mine was only from 2 weeks ago) and BOOSH it works again. Hope i helped anyone who was stupid like me.

However, i managed it.

1. I upgraded my itunes to its latest version from www.itunes.com

2. I downloaded the latest version of IOS 7.0.2 IPSW for my 4s

3. I put my phone in DFU mode and updated with IOS 7.0.2 IPSW.

it just works fine! great!

what can i do with this ? i registered 3 times already and it wouldnt work!:( going out without my phone just like being nacked in the public! can anyone help me?

I went into recovery mode as described in various replies above, let iTunes do its work, then set up my phone as a new iPhone.

How true - alas, there was only one Einstein.

I think you have to buy developer account which is for Iphone, and then you can register your devices. But the problem is the activation server is really annoying, its always busy and you cant really do anything about it. I've tried for 3 days already.
