Unable to complete activation - account not registered

I Am having the same **** Problem!!!

Yea im going for the 6.1.4 dfu downgrade and then the itunes update. Only question is whether or not there is a delay between the time you register your iphone on the dev portal and the time that apple will recognize it as registered? I attempted to register it about 3 hours ago. Is that long enough?

I've tried everything... repeatedly... and I'm getting the same thing. I have no problems in XCode when I've restored back to iOS6, but each time I try to update to iOS7 (via iTunes or via XCode) I get "This device is not registered as part of the iPhone Developer Program."

Everything checks out in the Provisioning Portal, and like I said, iOS6 works peachy keen in XCode... but iOS7 just won't activate.

Confirmed works.

Doing "Click" + "Check for update" did the trick...restoring apps now!!

It seems the key is to UPDATE not RESTORE.

Worked for me.

So far so good. Only problem is MUSIC doesn't play any sound.

Anyone having issues restoring back to 6.14 in DFU mode? My iPhone 5 keeps getting hung up on "Preparing iPhone for restore"

Okay, seems mine just started working on its own accord. Left it for a while, went back after an hour or so and it just activated when I selected the language and wifi settings.

I'd suggest people just wait, seems like this is a logistical problem at Apple's end.

GUYS NO NEED TO DO DFU IF YOU HAVE XCODE- The reason you have to downgrade to 6.1.3 or lower is so that itunes gives you the "UPDATE" option- if you downgrade to the latest iOS 6 firmware you wont get the option to update-

KEY is that you update to iOS 7 and not restore- You can downgrade to any firmware through xcode- Its the easist- otherwise just downgrade to 6.1.3 or lower- ANYWAY you want to- After that- Update to iOS 7! Key is "UPDATE"

UPDATE dont RESTORE... Worked for me.

Now if the Dev Site will come back up.....I'll download latest OSX

I have been having the same issue. I am downgrading to 6 now and Ill try again tomorrow after my UDID has time to register.
