Hi...I buy iphone5 from Saudi Arabia but I don't have facetime ...now I m shifting to India ..will it work in India or not if I insert a Indian SIM card in my iPhone will it work or not.. Plz help

If you bought it from a carrier then yes. If you bought it from apple or another vendor then you still need to contact the carrier it is currently locked to.
I did not buy from carrier... I buy it from a normal shop... Could they unlocked this..or can u unlock my phone ..plz help..can anybody unlock my phone

ONLY the carrier the phone is locked to can authorize unlocking it. No one else can do so. Contact the carrier the phone is locked to and find out what their policy is.
This isn't basic iphone. This is common knowledge. The place you bought it from cannot unlock it. Only the carrier can do that.
