I just purchased Logic Pro 9 on May 29, 2013. Do I have to purchase it again for the upgrade to Logic Pro X?
There is no "INSTALL" button seen... well i guess there is no short cut to this anyway... *****...
You would be in the same boat if you had bought Logic on disk. But you would have paid $500.
Also, I emailed support to see if I could "exchange" it for the new version and they told me there was nothing they could do. I love Apple, but I really feel cheated right now.
It's the same in North America, but it's just hardware; Macs and iOS devices.
I just got the email. They are refunding the purchase of Logic 9. Cool.
If they sent you a email reply to it and say I just bought Logic xx days ago. This is BS.

substitute xx for how many days ago you purchased it.
reply to the first email they sent you. They denied my first request.
In the second email state you just bought logic 9 17 days ago. This is BS.
The second email they agreed to refund me for logic 9.
