I cannot access the Mac Developer resources this morning.
With a company as advannced as Apple, I would expect them to be able to roll out web updates
seamlessly.
I don't like being out in the cold.
I want to download the Mavericks Beta.
At this point I think it would be appropriate for Apple to give us all an extra week on our memberships, be they iOS or Mac OS X.
True, but I think they'll deal with how to compensate when they have gotten the site back up. The extent of the down time and whatever measures developers may have to take after the site is up, plays into what will be appropriate.
I have lost almost 5000$ on daily basis due to this. i have faced a lot of mental pressure too.
I have no option other than to sue. Its not our problem that their site got hacked. We have paid for service & not received.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in my opinion, this is a (really) bad idea. You most likelly going to lost this court.
I would review the terms of service very carefully befor bringing any action against apple over this down time. Some of these TOS say things like "we do not guarantee the program will be without errors or that such errors may ever be fixed". Or your relationship may be subject to arbitration, and there is no telling how the arbitrator will feel about your cause. Also I would point out if Apple decides to fight on principle, they have enough money to litigate until your great grandchildren qualify for Medicare. If you have been making five thousand a week from this Apple business, a mere five thousand dollar loss should not bother you inordinately. BTW IANABCL

If you are really that unhappy being a part of this developer club, they might even give you your $100 back. Gee a hundred dollar investment, and a five thousand dollar a day return. You must be a smart guy to figure out whatever angle you are running. When you say you are losing $5000/day, is that income you are not making, or penalties you are paying?
u guys are just trying to divert the issue out. Well , if u r ok with the situation u r facing , its ok... its not necessary that i also feel good.
I think everyone just wants to get a cut of that $5000 egg you are sitting on daily... Come on now, tell us how you are doing it? 🙂
