Why is the Apple Mac Developer portal down, and for how long?

Hope they fix this before the weekend, sawpped out a bunch of iPhones yesterday and now they can't get their info off the cloud because their old devices were on iOS7. Can't add the new devices to get certified for iOS7 so they might be going the weekend without their phones setup..... Frustrating 😮

This is really stupid, someone has to teach Apple the meaning of "Very Soon"!

Site has been down for around 24hrs now without a prior warning and more importantly without an ETA.

God Bless SJ, I really think he's suffering if he's up there somewhere watching over this mess!

It's beed down for over 28 hours. I've been checking since 7 AM CST July 18th. I aggree. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. At least warn the developers apple.

I just swapped my phone too... now I cant access my backup TT 😠

Re-install IOS 6, surely you can access DFU mode while connected to iTunes (on USB), this normally works..

That's what I did too, he means he can't restore his backup though, because it's a ios7 backup...

Congrats on the app! That's always exciting! I swapped out my phone and now cannot access my iOS 7 backup. So frustrating that Apple wouldn't warn the developers OR provide an ETA. Slight lack of professionalism in my opinion. 😮

That is so funny... I have been building my first app, and just got paid today ready to pay my $100 so I can continue developing... I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas to come. 🙂
