This is exactly the problem i have too, except i installed the ASUS drivers from the link posted earlier.

Have someone been able to fix this? I'm running 13-inch Air Mid 2013 with Windows 8.1

I'll try adding my network manually, but that won't work at my school etc. because i can't get the needed information, so i really need a fix for this.

I searched also the whole day to find a solution.

Here is what fixed the problem for me:

Try the WWM workaround by just going to device manager and in the properties of the "Broadcom 802.11ac Network Adapter" and select the advanced tab, then scroll down till you see WWM and make sure the value is set to Disabled.
