Macbook "Battery is not charging"

my Macbook 13' is plugged in and has the green light but im at about 65% battery, and its going down very fast. whats the problem is my battery dead? heres a battery report thing, please help guys.

I had this issue, too. Wasn't working for me, until I removed the external display. Then (after hitting the **** + Option + Command + Power button), I noticed the light on my 2013 Macbook Air power adapter turn on again (until this point it was off)


It would probably help to remove any external devices at all. Just the power cable, if possible.


Do you happen to have an external monitor plugged in?

I do have the same issue and tried all posted solutions however no luck. Charger is all time green and there is a cross in battery indicator. Please help.



I tried what u suggested and i even unplugged the adapter and cable after doing so like the other guys suggested but it still wont work. still says not charging. I'm completely out of juice and the machine will only switch on or run so long as the cable is plugged in and is green. My warranty has run out and i don't know what else to do. Am i doing something wrong here?
