I am unable to buy FaceTime for my husband's computer, a MacBook Pro. The site keeps sending me around in circles.

Ok. If it is there (and it should be now), Click this link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/facetime/id414307850?mt=12 and it should allow you to purchase. You can only purchase it from the App Store (not iTunes or the Apple website).

The link will open in your browser but if you click on the "Open in Mac App Store Link" it will take you to the store where you can purchase it

He doesn't know his Apple ID, and I can't find it anywhere on his computer. Should I just create a new one?

FYI, my husband is 92 years old and has Parkinson's. We're struggling. I want to install FaceTime on his computer to see if it will work better there than it is working on mine. Maybe that's foolish. The download speed of our Internet service may be the most important factor. I'm checking out the possibility of upgrading our download speed. But we're going to be here only till September 9; then we go to a relative's house for three weeks, and then we go home to NC.
