App Store update tab won't show or allow updates on iPad but will on iPhone?

tgibbs, the users have a right to demand customer support. I don't expect things to be fixed right away, I do expect a bit of communication between customer support and the users. I'm glad your problem has been resolved, most have not.

Our iPad 2 has been 4 days with the App Store, update tab not doing anything. I too refuse to do a restore and re load.

I'm having this same problem with an Ipad Mini. Have tried rebooting, loging out my account etc. Still not working.

I've been having the same problem too for a few weeks. I've done everything I can to try and reset it and fix it. Getting extremely frustrating.

Received a note from Apple Support. They said I need to sync it with a computer using iTunes to download/replace/update the apps. Will try that next.

That doesn't resolve the issue.

I am having exactly the same problem. My mini is only a couple weeks old. It looks like there are four updates but the screen is blank when I try to go to the update.

I have an iPad mini and for a couple days now the App Store icon shows I have a bunch of updates. However when I click into it it won't show me the apps so I can go through the update process. It's just blank. Anyone find a resolve to this? Is this something Apple needs to fix on their end? Kinds frustrating,

Add 2 more ipad 2 from here. iPhone 5 works with know issue. Between both iPads up to 12 apps that need updated. Been going on for days. Has there been any resolution to this yet or is it still being considered as server side?

Add me to the list: iPad 3, 64GB, App Store Updates Badge shows incorrect tally, won't open. Some apps needing updating show on the Purchased tab. Apple obviously has a problem in their App Store process. Or we're all having a group hallucination.

C'mon Apple, you're losing credibility by the day by not responding.

NO, I will not reset and reinstall hundreds of music apps, upgrades, IAPs, etc.

Has there been any word from Apple on this? I'm showing 25 Apps have updates but I can't access them or see which ones they are.... very annoying!

Same story here. iPad 4. (I think) the 128gb one, I have tons of space and it is showing me a blank white page when I try to start the updates.

I connected my iPad to my computer and updated that way. A bandaid fix for now. Hoping apple gets themselves together though and fixes this the right way. It's a pain to do all that and I'd prefer to not have to again.

I can download to my Mac and then sync to update, it's a workaround not a solution. Obviously something is wrong with the App Store s/w.

Apple, how about a fix?

Same with my iPad mini. My iPhone 5 updates fine.
