iMac 7,1 20" 4GB RAM Mountain Lion won't sleep?

My iMac seems to not want to sleep. I have tried to source other similar problems and did resolve the issue seemingly. Now it again won't automatically trigger the computer or the display to sleep. I tried to reset the default on the screen saver/ power options… no solution thus far …

Suggestions?

Certainly try that... yep, a year in the closet would drain the PRAM Battery for almost positive.
