I can't restore my game data from Injustice: gods among us

I might have a twist to the same problem. I lost everything except for dark adam lvl 33 and green arrow. Plus it registers my progress in the third level of the current challenge, though not the first and second. Wb has really screwed up.

I did a cloud back up like maybe four months or so ago, as I wasn't playing the game that much and need so room on my ipad, so today when I went to reinstall the game, I thought that I would get my game progress back. But I didn't and nothing came up about wanting to restore anything like I had with a few other games. I really don't want to start all the way over. I spent about $5-10 total on some packs. The rest I un locked all on my own and I had most of the characters unlocked. Is there anything that can be done?

I had to reset my while ipad. When the ipad booted again I signed into my apple account and then from there I picked which cloud saw to use, I picked a save from right after I updated the game, and everything works fine now. Got all my cards ad content back that had gotten erased. Still can't play multiplayer though

Exactly what I did.

I was in a very strange position where I had the contents of the last gold pack I bought, three starting characters, New52 GL and another bronze for doing the tutorial. I also had all the challenge credits I had accumulated. Apparently my icloud saved right after the game dumped the rest of my stuff so I had to restore my entire ipad from the backup from the previous day.

Lost a day or so of progress, but all my collection was restored.

If you really can't get your icloud restore in game to work, I recommend restoring your ipad altogether from icloud.

What keeps happening to me is it crashes then resets my account i reinstall back up from iCloud login in and all my credits disappear except a magical number 7000 lost at-least 200k credits this week after 3 resets and its always just 7k there

Same here. I had most chars, with several bronze up to Elite 7 from Bronze packs and daily logon and 50% speicals (Flash, Sinestro etc) , and Level 45 Elite 4 chars, was in the top 5% in multiplayer and boom.

Just got Dommsday Containment from Challenge completed twice and Elited him.

It asked me to chose my online data, and asked me to confirm my logon. This was the mistake

The online backup was corrupt, so copying that just screwed me.

The iCloud automatically backup that up, so when I deleted and restored, the backup was only 20mins old, and had only the basic chars I got from playing the Console version, apart from a Elite IV Wonder Woman

I think the iCloud icon shows up whenever the online backup is never than the data on the iPad.

I think the WBID requester comes up whenever there is a date difference.

I might check to see when my last device backup was, but guessing that will be really old and no good

I had the same problem, lost all my credits and gold cards & reset everything to zero. I tried the cloud restore that WB Games, but that did nothing. Complained to Apple and got really good response, they have credited me for the in app purchases.

me too i play this night and it suddenly crashed and when i loged in all my characters and money are gone back to begginers again.. my bane is lvl46 and eliute 6 and batgirl lvl 46 elite 4 and my green lantern black lvl 46 elite 1 and all my new characters are gone! It *****! i play this game for a long long time but its just a blink of an eye and then dissapear all my characters

Thanks a lot WB a whole bunch of time wasted and never playing this game again.

Batgirl elite 1, doomsday elite 1, Wonder Woman special elite 1, killing joke joker, elite 2 red sons. All the gold characters, months of playing.

And injustice mobile in the garbage bin.

Hey guys so I had similar problem i fact WB wiped my data by asking to verify if my username was me which I did and it deleted everything.

So I deleted the game and re-installed it and the cloud came up on the top right corner which I clicked and said there was an iCloud save from 20 mins ago which just restarted me back to square one.

So the next steps I took:

****TAKE CAUTION****

1) went to reset

2) erase all contents and settings

3) when the reset was over

4) started up my iPad and clicked restore from iCloud

5) and I just restored from a day and time before the incident happened

6) got my data back BUT I lost some things, the things I lost was where my iCloud didn't back up so for e.g my last iCloud backup was yesterday at 14:30 and after that I bought a pack which I got animated Harley Quinn let's say at 14:45, so my iCloud save didn't account for this, I got my credits back however

Just make sure to check if your device is backed up with iCloud, the last time it backed up and final remembering when the incident occurred.

Same thing happened to me 1 month back. still waiting to hear back from WB. Spent lots of real money to buy the character packs. had so many Elite 5 and 6 Gold charaters with full cards and powers.

Is it possible to file a law suit against WB or is there already a case against them where people can add their case?

It doesn't matter as long as you have WBID account. with the account, after you install the game again and log in to your account it will ask if you want your previous characters and money or if you want the new three characters they gave you like in the beginning of the game. However you must have had the WBUD account before your data was lost. Hope this helps

UPDATE - 12/10/13. It's been over a week and I still have not heard from WB Support about the help ticket I logged.

The same thing happened to me I just got Elseword Flash I had Lvl 5 Super man and I was just about to beat the game when this happen.

Same exact thing as kevw6404, everything gone, months of progress down the drain. Really liked the game too.
