I can't restore my game data from Injustice: gods among us

Three moths of gameplay lost in an update. No instructions on how to restore all my game data, coins and characters. ***? How can I get all my stuff back?

This is the worst update ever, WB just wants to destroy their loyal fan base!

I have the exact same thing (word for word) just happen to me. I have filed a ticket on the WB website and have searched forums and have not found a solution. I have months of work in the game with all challenge characters collected, almost all gold cards for purchase in my inventory, all except superman in the red sons back, Elite characters, almost all over level 20, 175,000 credits... all GONE. I did exactly what the WB trouble shooting site said to do. I am beyond angry about this. Does anyone have an answer?

I have had the same problem, just the last couple days. Followed the instructions and was able to restart with maybe 1 day "lost" even though I backed up 15 minutes prior to erasing. 24 hours later Injustice crashed and faile to launch again. So I followed the steps again, but this time the "backup" was over 3 months old -- when I first loaded the app. I did nothing different, but the saved game data is gone. Likewise all the effort put into the game is for naught. Really bummed and hope someone found an answer. Lost all the challenged characters and several Elite V, maxed characters. Looks like WB isn't interested in helping out. Anyone?

The exact same thing happened to me two days ago. I had Challenege characters (Lobo, Batgirl, Aquaman, Hawkgirl, Zod, Blackest Night Batman, Raven), Red Son Characters (Deathstroke, Wonder Woman, Solomon Grundy) was about to get Elseword Flash, had over 36 characers at Elite 5, Prison Superman and 1.3M coins. I just purchased the Man of Steel Superman AND General Zod Pack. I had a sick library of characers and had made a lot of progress in the game. Not only did I file a help ticket with the developers, but I follwed the insructions on the WB help page (uninstall, reboot phone, intall game again, reboot phone again) but no cloud icon showed up when i did this. So i've lost all of my progress, all of my characters, all of my coins. Still no reply from WB supprt staff.

*** how long until someone gives a solution? Of course I have the same issue and have spent a lot of time on the game and now it just keeps on crashing on start, I'm afraid of reinstalling because I dont want to lose all my achievements and characters. Common Apple give better support.

This has literally just happened to me. Opened the app, logged in automatically, played for a couple of minutes, then it crashed. Never mind I thought, opened it up again and it came up as if I'd never played it before and went into the tutorial? So I quit that and signed in, and it said thanks for signing up, here's a green lantern card?!! I have put far too much time into this app it's actually a bit embarrassing but if it all disappears (about 35 cards, including all challenges, varying levels and some maxed out) and 1.4 million in the bank! I don't know what to do?

So I heard from Tech Support and they said your game profile doesn't save to the iCloud. What I think does get saved are your Achievements (i.e. beat Superman with Lex Luthor, Maxed out a character, etc.) But all the characters you've gathered, or points you've accummulated don't get saved when you do iCloud backup. Maybe there's a hack or workaround to this, but iCloud backup doesn't actually save your progress.

UPDATE - 27/01/14! I was a bit scared to delete the game and reinstall so I was checking on the game centre to see if my achievements were there, most of them were but a couple of recent (as in last month or so) were not. So after looking at these I tried the game again, it may have been a couple of times opening it up, then closing again (double tapping home screen and sliding upwards) and then one time I opened the game and the cloud was in the top right corner, so I tapped it, and it advised me that it could backup a previous game, sorry I can't remember the wording, but I OK'd it and next thing I know: my bank balance was fully restored, all cards back, and nothing lost at all. So if you can piece together some of my bodged instructions it might just work for you 😉

It seems we all have the same problem.I've recently gotten Darkseid.. about a years GAME DATA lost.. is anybody doing anything about this? I heard that WB doesn't even give a crap about what we lost.. anybody suing? Im up for it!

guys, i gain my lost data after i tap the cloud button... at first i wasnt sure because in the confirmation window it says that i will have my saved data from 11 months ago... but its succesfull... but im not sure about this cloud icon that doesnt appear when you re install app... i mever re install but cloud icon appears after i lost my data...

I had this problem and fixed it with "ifunbox".

i had to delete the save files in the documents folder under the injustice app. works fine.

All my game data was restored.

i know its a bit counter intuitive to delete contents of a save file to restore data but it seems there was a

error when the app tried to access data not properly recorded here.

Ok just figured out the cloud icon thing. In settings goto iCloud, then documents and data, and turn it on, injustice should hopefully appear here, makes sure it's on too.

This made the icon appear but I guess I didn't back up right or something, my game returned to a save months earlier... Lost some data

How can i restore my game data injustice. i'm already play for a long time and have a high level on all the character, now everything gone and it back to the begin. Can anyone help me to restore it. Thanks

AND I LOSE ALL MY DATA after updating my game my icloud got replace with autosave and now I have a newbie game.

After having batgirl, wonderwoman special, darkseid 3X red son characters along with hours upon days of grinding your "IMPROVEMENT" realy screwed me.

WB !!!! YOU SUCK HARD!!!!

Same thing happened to me today I had dark seid elite 3 and lots of other elite characters including all the challenges.when are The developers going to fix this? In my email ticket they said they are working on it but I'm guessing they said the same thing to all you guys?Its so frustrating is there any way I can fix it myself??
