Drum Designer out of sync in low latency mode? Help please.

Everything else in Logic X working fine but I have one problem driving me crazy - I wonder if anyone else is having this problem? When in low latency mode the Drum Designer shifts forward in time and plays out of sync. I can play it in time live via midi but as soon as it plays back it lurches out of sync.It sits right when I come out of low latency mode. I've also noticed that if I switch delay compensation to off it plays in sync in low latency mode but triggers late when not. I haven't seen anyone else online mention this problem but I'd be deeply grateful if someone could shed any light for me.

I don't understand the significance of the settings you're showing Rick - all normal settings. Unless I've missed something?

Tony,

The Plug In Latency Prefs are different to the default settings which are Comp = All... LL Mode unchecked...and Limit set to 5ms

Yes that's true but changing those settings around makes no difference to the problem of the Drum Designer not syncing correctly when low latency mode is switched on. Didn't you verify this problem yourself all those months ago when we were discussing this? The problem still hasn't been fixed. I use the DD sounds as layers sometimes when mixing but using it at the start of a project is hopeless.

I agree Tony...

I was simply pointing out the difference between his settings and the default or 'normal' settings in LPX's prefs to lessen confusion with others reading this post.. but I too, do not see how such settings would or do 'fix' the problem.... because as far as i can tell, they do not.

Well hallelujah, the new update has finally fixed the problem as well as many others that have been driving me mad. Much less swearing at the computer now....
